Friends, the year has been tough to so many people on so many grounds, yet Christmas brings to our doorsteps a message of joy, thereby reminding us once again the underlying effect of our faith in Christ.

The Incarnation, which is at the center of our Christian faith, the mystery of God who became human for us, bringing closer to us the fullness of God’s glory, is an event of joy. Through Christ God invites us into the awe of divine presence, where all pains, sufferings, and sorrows fade away. In the joy of the Lord, we find strength to move mountains.

May this Christmas spark up that awe in us, leading us to submit to God with all our heart, all our minds, and all our bodies. In the end, may our joy redefine the world, bringing light, love and cheers to all that we meet, touch or see.
